About Me
My name is Allan Muller (Al) and I’m a web developer based in London, UK.
I have been building websites for approxamitly 7 years now, and have run several
sites from experimental sites through to fully transaction multi-million pound ecommerce
websites. I originally began playing around with HTML & Javascript when I was at college and instantly fell in love with the ease of creating a webpage. Although
I have since moved on to slightly more advanced coding

In 2003 I completed a BSc in Computing at BCUC (Buckinghamshire Chlterns University
College) which has multiple campuses within the High wycombe, Charlfont St Giles
and Uxbridge area.
After doing a bit of freelance for a local recruitment company called Downtown
I finally landed a prestigus role with Cotswold Outdoor Ltd. Cotswold are a leading
outdoor retail based within the UK and are owned by AS Adventures which is a very
successful european based retailer.
My role at Cotswold has allowed me to be very hands on as there is only a very small web team. I look after all
the templates, transactional stages and the actual hardware/physical setup. This
has given me the oppertunity to perform multiple server upgrades to ensure the website
able to cope with the traffic load that it experiances. I am pleased to say that
the load has significantly increased since I have joined the company and I hope
it will continue to after I leave the company.
I now live in London and at the weekends go up to the flat that
is located on Ipswich marina.
I still often travel back to Oxford to see my parents and to also meet up with my
friends, although a lot of them have now (finally
)
moved away following their own career paths....
